Im renting my personal room because im wont use it at that time. Single use only and no registration possible. The room has everything you need including a flat screen tv tv(107cm with HDMI), you just need to bring your clothes and laptop. The room is 1 min from the city tram. With the tram it takes 3 min to the central station. Free parking and 2 min away from the ring highway Utrecht, big shopping center is right round the corner. Its the best location you can think of if you have a car and also want easy access to the center. In the apartment live two working man, they a very qieut and are not home much. They keep the apartment clean, something that the new tenant will have to do to.

Het appartement is heerlijk groot en goedkoop. Dat komt omdat het tijdelijke huur is voordat ze de appartementen gaan verbouwen. Het contract garandeert dat we er mogen wonen tot (hidden) maanden van te voren waarschuwen als we weg moeten. Informeel geven ze aan dat het waarschijnlijk tot het eind van het jaar zal zijn. Daarna proberen ze een nieuwe woning te vinden binnen hun beheer maar daar is geen garantie op.
👨🏼💻Wie ben ik? Ik ben 26 (M) jaar oud, werk als projectleider. In mijn vrije tijd borrel ik met vrienden, ben ik creatief bezig of klets ik over politiek.
👤 Voorkeur voor de huisgenoot: Minimaal 22 jaar oud, gezellig, schoon en een beetje zelfstandig. We zijn maar met z'n tweeën dus de klik moet vooral goed zijn maar je moet ook een beetje voor jezelf kunnen zorgen en helpen het huis schoon te houden. (Zelf kunnen koken, je eigen was doen. 🌟 Immediately available: The room is 8 m2 + a closet, in a 2-room appartement of 75 m2 with 2 balconies. The appartement is in Zuilen, ~20 minutes cycling from the city centre and the central station. The neighborhood is delightfully peaceful, with a supermarket at 100 meters and parks and nature all around.
The appartement is very big and cheap but comes with a catch. It's a temporary rental contract. They'll kick us out when they start to renovate the appartement complex. The contract guarantees rent till (hidden) months in advance. Informally they told me it's likely until the end of the year. They will try to give all renters a new room afterwards at similar prices, but nothing is guaranteed.
👨🏼💻Who am I? I am 26 y/o, male. Work as a projectleader in the agricultural sector. My free time I usually spend with my friends, having drinks or playing board games. I also like to be creative which you'll see when you come over.

It'll only be the two of us so making sure the vibe is good is most important but you also need to know how to help keep the place clean and be independent enough to feed yourself. I'd like to have dinner together a couple nights in the week but as long as the vibe is good really nothing is required.

From the apartment building one overlooks the garden of the former Regulieren Monastery, hence the apartments name. The first mentioning of this monastery dates back to 1267 AD, which makes the location not only a very nice and quiet place in the heart of the city, but also a location that contributes to the background of Utrecht’s historical city centre., renewed in 1764, was used as a home and office connected to the Pandhuis.
Please also note the utilities are bases on an advance payment of € 200,- a month.

Recently renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, shared parlor, bathrooms and kitchen with all the comforts. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge and freezer.
The corridor, where is located the cubby with the washing machine, leads you to the bathroom, on the left, with shower and bidet.
On the right there is the m(hidden)edroom, bright, large and comfortable. It has a queen size bed from where you can pull out another bed. There are also a desk, a large wardrobe, a bookcase and a chest of drawers.
The other bedroom is a bit smaller, always very bright, with a queen size bed, the same large wardrobe, desk and book case.
