The tenant space consists of two individual bedrooms (this add describes the one you will have the use of), a bathroom with two basins, a bathtub/shower overlooking the garden and a toilet. This space is entirely dedicated to the exclusive use of 2 tenants.
Your room, of a size of about 15 m2, includes a bed of 90*200 with Emma Classic new mattress, a huge new wardrobe with mirror, a desk and a chair, in a duck egg and white atmosphere.
I propose a "FAMILY LIFE STAY" to anyone willing to live a real French experience, in a friendly and secure atmosphere, including :

The room is set in a 1930 villa with garden located in MEUDON BELLEVUE district , with a view on the Eiffel tower, within a 2-minute walk from the BELLEVUE rail station which serves Paris Montparnasse (and Versailles) in 12 minutes every quarter hour.
In addition, about 700 meters, is the Brimborion Tramway station (line T2) to join PARIS. For subway fans, the bus 169 (2 minutes walk from home) leads to the PONT DE SEVRES metro station in 7 minutes.
Owner speaks French, English, German and Greek. A small friendly dachshund lives in the house.🐕
Preference given to English speaking individual but all applications will be considered. Ideal for business travelers and internships. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Meals are taken in the kitchen or living room, not in the bedroom. No overnight guests.
Tenants are expected to clean their rooms on a weekly basis. The weekly cleaning of the bathroom and private WC is organised between the 2 tenants.
The offer - as an all inclusive - is a guarantee to maintain a very reasonable budget in a lovely environment, with no hassle.
50€ will be charged at departure to cover cleaning costs.

Lovely furnished apartement comprising a bedroom, a living room, an open kitchen with a counter and a shower room plus toilets. the apartement was completely renovated and newly equiped 6 months ago. It is located in the historic center of Meudon, a charming hill town with a beautifull view of Paris. All shops are nearby and the two train stations of Meudon-Val-Fleury and Meudon are within walking distance (300m and 1000m). In these two stations, trains take you to Paris in teen minutes.
The apartement is on the first floor of a historie building above a bank.
The bedroom has a double bed and the sofa can be converted into a bed for occasional sleeping. Kitchen utensils, sheets and blankets are provided.
The apartement is occupied by my son, a student who is going on Erasmus exchange for 6 months, a European student who comes to study in Paris is welcome ! Great attention will be paid to the care you take of the apartment.
