Ich habe mitterleiweile schon einige Jahre Erfahrung als Gastgeberin. Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und ein bisschen Niederländisch und Französisch.

Ich habe mitterleiweile schon einige Jahre Erfahrung als Gastgeberin. Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und ein bisschen Niederländisch und Französisch.
Ich wohne im selben Haus und bin für meine Gäste immer erreichbar - telefonisch oder auch Textmessage. Sollte es Fragen oder Probleme geben, bin ich da und wir finden immer eine Lösung.
Babys und Kinder sind immer herzlich willkommen. Ich habe selbst zwei Kinder und die Wohnung kann auf Wunsch babygerecht ausgestattet werden: Babybett, Badewanne, Spielzeug etc.

The apartment is in a perfect location in the 2nd district. The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram. In just minutes you are connected to the S-Bahn, U6, U4 and Trams to take you anywhere in Vienna. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easily reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. From this location, door to the Airport, is just 40 minutes on the S-Bahn.
This apartment is FULLY FURNISHED. The kitchen is equipped with living essentials, kitchen table and chairs, refridgerator, stove and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom/living area comes with a sofa in the room, a double bed (with linens), wardrobe, You will have everything you need, just bring your towels and suitcase.
The rent includes electricity, heating, gas and internet. So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities.
Minimum rental period is 3 months. ONLY for June, July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month.
