Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5 Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses und ist mit Lift problemlos zugänglich. Das Appartement ist sehr hell. Es wurde vor einiger Zeit neu renoviert, dazu wurden nur hochwertige Materialien verwendet. Die Böden sind aus Naturstein und Parkettböden zusammengestellt. Bad und Küche sind mit Naturstein ausgestattet, was der gesamten Wohnungen einen hochwertigen Charakter verleiht. Die Fenster wurden ebenfalls neu gemacht. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts an Wünschen übrig. Es ist für alles gesorgt.
