I am looking for a non-smoking professional who will take good care of the flat. Pets are not allowed.
Property is fully furnished in a high standard in a building built in 2019. It has an elevator. It is located in the center of Wroclaw with great connections via public transport with other parts of the city.
There is also a dedicated bicycle room which is only available for people living in the building (locked).
There is a convenience store located in the ground floor in the same building. There is also a small vegetable market located nearby on the same street where you can buy fresh and healthy groceries.

Nice cozy room in a three room apartment. The apartment consists of a big fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a separate toilet and a big basement. The apartment is on the first floor. All rooms in the apartment are locked. WiFi Internet. Great location! Near the Botanical Garden and a beautiful Park Tolpy. 15 min to marketplace. There are universities nearby (Medical University, University of Science and Technology, University of Environmental and Live Sciences, Faculty of Architecture).

The apartment is located on the top floor of a 6-story building with an elevator. There is a 24-hour porter's desk on the ground floor. The building has a camera on each floor and outside. Excellent location at Odrzańska Street (2 minutes walk to the Main Market Square, 2 minutes walk to the University of Wrocław).
Restaurants and shops downstairs. The room and the apartment are fully equipped with all household appliances, as well as pots, dishes, cutlery, cleaning products and equipment, bedding. The kitchen with the dining room is large, spacious, with three windows. Large bathroom with a window. A spacious hall with a large number of windows (view of the area and the University of Wrocław) stretches along the entire apartment from the entrance to the kitchen.
