Bright 5-room attic flat with a long terrace and spacious open-plan kitchen with its own washing machine and tumble dryer. The comfortable double bedroom and three simply furnished single rooms are quiet yet exceptionally centrally located. Zurich city centre is in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities (also on Sundays) and public transport are nearby. The flat is close to the Enge Train station and a few minutes walk from the FIFA museum. The lake is also within walking distance.
The flat is fully equipped, including Wi-Fi. The sofa bed in the living room offers another sleeping place for guests. Household appliances such as milk frother, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, hoover and two hair dryers are available. The kitchen has the usual utensils, such as pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
The following services are included in the rent from a rental period of one month:

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch am Sonntag) und öffentliche Transportmittel sind zu erreichen in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Wohnung nahe am Bahnhof Enge gelegen sowie nur wenige Gehminuten von dem FIFAmuseum entfernt. Der See ist ebenfalls in kürzester Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusiv Wi-Fi. Das Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet einen weiteren Schlafplatz für Gäste. Haushaltsgeräte wie Milchschäumer, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger und zwei Stück Haarföhn stehen zur Verfügung. Our Pueblo City Suite is located in walking distance to the main station right in the heart of the old town in a historic building dating back to the 19th century.
While sharing an entrance with the office, the Suite is fully separated by the hallway and its own soundproof door. Three well furnished rooms, a modern bathroom and an additional separate small guest toilet combine historical flair with modern attributes, classic comfort and urban elegance.
The corner lounge with three windows serves as living room or as meeting room and offers a great view onto a square with trees, a church and the University of Zurich. There is a desk for laptops which can be connected by HDMI to a 32-inch TV screen. The room has comfortable antique chairs and a sofa around a coffee table. The sofa unfolds into a double bed for additional guests (200 x 160 cm).
The bedroom features a large round bed (225 cm), a cloth hanger, and drawer cabinet. En suite is an elegant modern shower-bathroom with a broad washbasin, big mirror and its own shower toilet (Geberit). Additionally, there is an extra visitor’s toilet.

The bus stop that leads from and to the main station is 250m away, but if you prefer driving there is a free private parking subject to availability and a semi public EV Charger, If the parking is not available you can also park on the street (blue zone) according to the city of Zurich rules. ALDI, Denner & Migros supermarkets are 280m away in a shopping mall and if you like jogging or nature, the forest it's at the end of the street.
