Erasmus Avenue Morjau 66 – 1070 Anderlecht , A superbly equipped and cosy house of 6 Co-Homies in one of the most dynamic neighborhoods on the outskirts of the Belgian capital. You will find a courtyard at the back of the house. Each room is furnished with the utmost care, whether it's your private space or the communal area; where you'll find the nicely equipped kitchen with our signature fridge cupboard, 6 private cupboards with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dish ware. The house is located 500m from the Saint-Guidon bus stop, and 15 minutes by public transport from Erasme University Hospital. Each room is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair and above all: a private shower and toilet room. Stay tax 1.10€/day. ⚠️There is also an initial installation fee, which varies according to the period for which the tenant wishes to rent the room. The fee is 300 euros for contracts of less than 3 months, 150 euros for contracts of 3 to 6 months and no fee for contracts of more than 6 months. We have proportionately more charges depending on the length of the contract, such as for refurbishment, normal wear and tear and administrative time required.
