The costs are will be accurately calculated based on your own consumption. Please be aware that the contract with the energy provider needs to be done by your side. This means that the electricity contract is not included in the aforementioned prices and needs to be arranged with a separate company. 👉 Payments: Service cost (heating, water) | €130 per month If you do not excessively use the utilities, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of the utilities exceeds the utility costs, then you will be responsible for the additional fees.
