The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom. It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc.), pillows, blankets, linens. All the bills are included in the monthly price (common charges, electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) with a maximum cap of 200 eur/month to avoid waste. With normal and responsible consumption you will not have extra charges.
