The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and large closet, and one with a single bed and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. Washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation. *Please note that, for the 3rd, 4th and 5th guest, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month applies. Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical center, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theatres, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli, and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round. The central train station is 2,5 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
