This depends on weather, your consumption, actual gas and electricity market prices. -The cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean the whole flat, and to change your sheets. -We provide 2 sets of sheets and 2 towels per room ✔BEDROOM: double bed, desk, chair, sheets, duvet, pillows ✔FLAT SIZE: 80 m2 ✔KITCHEN: wall unit, sink, dinner-set, glasses, mugs, cutlery, tableware, oven, fridge, dining table, dishwasher ✔BATHROOM: shower + tub, washing machine, toilet (plus one separated toilet) -The flat has 4 bedrooms in total. Please acknowledge that we handle multiply parallel inquiries per room. We handle each request individually. If the room is not free, we offer another room. We show everything at the check-in. We sign the original copy of the rental contract and take the deposit (amount of 2 months rental fee). We manage all the utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs. Before you leave, we agree on a check out date. We take the keys and give back your deposit. We rent out to students and only make contracts for the following periods (6 or 12 month periods are possible from the 1st of August) ✔Period 1: from the 1st of August to the 31st of January (6 months) ✔Period 2: from the 1st of February to the 31st of July (6 months) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
