The flat is placed on a 4th floor and is very spacious and bright. The building has elevator. It has 4 rooms and two bathrooms recently renewed (one of these is private for one of the rooms) and a toilet. Three of the rooms are single and the other one is a double room with twin single size beds, that is the one with the private bathroom.
