Gas and Electricity and unlimited WiFi internet access are paid separately by the tenant. I have put an estimate of the gas, electricity costs in the description however, those figures are just estimates. Actual costs for utilities are dependent upon the tenant and their use. Also, in the colder months, prices for electricity and gas run higher than the estimate. The neighborhood is wonderful in that it is in the historical centre, yet close to the train and bus station. There are electric buses which can take you around the city. A bus stop is right next to the apartment. The American Consulate is up the street, St. James church is around the corner and there is easy and free access to the Viale without having the hassles and limits of the ZTI to take you to the autostrada.
