The entrance opens onto a bright living room with a sofa bed for two, dining table with TV and kitchenette equipped with crockery, toaster, kettle and moka. Next to the bathroom, with a glass shower cubicle, is the double bedroom, with a practical wardrobe and a small walk-in wardrobe with everything needed to keep the house tidy. The real highlight of this apartment is its privileged location: situated in a quiet side street of Via dei Neri, you will find yourself in the beating heart of the historic centre, surrounded by leather shops, restaurants and places where you can enjoy Tuscan delicacies, such as the famous “schiacciate” dell'Antico Vinaio. This street connects the famous Piazza della Signoria, with its majestic Palazzo Vecchio, and the Santa Croce area, with its Basilica of the same name. The flat is located in a pedestrian zone within the ZTL, making it the perfect starting point for exploring Florence on foot and having an authentic experience in this unique cradle of art and culture. The balance of the remaining 70% is to be paid anytime within 15 days of the check-in date. If the stay will not be fully paid by then, the reservation is cancelled and the paid 30% is charged. Damage deposit for the apartment: Euro 1.000 The amount is to be refunded after 7 working days, if all utilities are fully paid and no damage is found by our Staff.
