L'appartamento è ben isolato e ristrutturato si tratta di una casa calda è una palazzina molto tranquilla abitata da studentesse, nella camera doppia con bagno al piano di sotto ci saranno altre studentesse tranquille e simpatiche del secondo anno dell'accademia di ballo Opus ballet di danza classica. il prezzo €450 NON INCLUSE LE utenze da volturare al conduttore ( i conduttori possono prendere le bollette e pagarle la posta è sotto casa). la via è super servita banca posta e supermarket fruttivendolo tutto sotto casa.
