Hiya! My name is Cameron and I'm a first-year physiotherapy student. I am moving out of my room in a shared apartment early and am looking for someone to take it over until the lease ends. Here is the information: **ATTENTION: YOU HAVE TO BE A FIRST-YEAR HANZE STUDENT ALREADY OR BECOME ONE IN THE UPCOMING SEPTEMBER!!! The room is located on the top floor of the SSH Upsilon building about 5 minutes from Zernike Campus and available from May 1st to July 26. The rent is 604.67€ inkl. for a 13m2 room with your own bathroom (this includes a shower, toilet and sink). In the room itself, you have a bed, desk, chair and desk lamp, closet, bookcase, regular lamp and armchair (not in the pictures). The kitchen has two stoves and sinks on either side, three refrigerators, one freezer, a dining table, a couch, an air fryer and an oven. The latter two we bought together! Yes, you share the kitchen with 6 other people (two girls, and four boys) BUT it's honestly not that bad and everyone is very nice. You have multiple washing machines and dryers downstairs in the lobby and the general areas, including the apartment hallways, are cleaned regularly by a cleaning company. There are a bunch of bike sheds free to use for tenants in the courtyard where you can also park a car if you have one and the Winkelcentrum Paddepoel is right next door and has all the stores one needs!
