This add offers a private room in a collective house. The collective is mainly for dedicated university students or someone with a steady job. It’s important that you don’t have any problem at all living and sharing a kitchen, bathroom and living room with two persons. People living here are very nice and easy to get along with. The house is located in Vega, south Sthlm area. 25 min by commuter train to central Sthlm. Train leaves every 15 min, a comfortable and smooth ride. 8 min walk to the station, or 2 min by bus. You can stay here as long as you want to, but we have a trial period for 5 month, before extending the contract to a long term contract. This is to ensure that we wont end up with someone not suited for living with other people. It’s important to us that everyone living here feels at home. This room is 12 square meters. Four closets, one chest of drawers, one desk and one 160cm wide bed. It has two windows towards the garden, afternoon/ evening sun. The kitchen has all necessary kitchen-ware. You have proper personal space in the fridge and in the freezer. 1 personal cabinet and 2 personal drawers in the kitchen cabinets. The laundry room with access 10 hours a day, has a dryer, a washing machine and racks to hang clothes for drying. The 1st bathroom has a wc, washing basin, a mirror cabinet and a bigger cabinet with a personal shelf per room. Good ventilation. The 2nd bathroom has a shower with 1 shelve per room, a towel dryer and good ventilation. The living-room has a big corner sofa and a tv. The kitchen is connected to the living-room, where the front door leads from here directly into the garden. The rent also includes cleaning and maintenance of bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The environment is peaceful. Restaurants, cafe, grocery store and a few gyms and one free outdoor gym is around the corner. An 'activity house' recently opened by the station. It has a library, quiet rooms, music and podcast studios, indoor sports arena, cafe. Accessible for everyone. A forrest with running tracks, a fresh water lake with sandy beaches and a sports field is near by. A big shopping mall is close. A hospital and an even bigger mall is within walking distance. The country side and the archipelago, with beaches and cliffs, is a bus ride away. Me, Richard and my GF Anya live on the upper floor with a separate entrance. Both floors are connected by the washing room. There is a herding dog and a cat living on the upper floor, so you shouldn't be super allergic or afraid of big dogs. At this place you just pay the monthly rent. Electricity, wifi, heating is included in the rent. // Ric
