It is a 72m2 cosy & comfy apartment with a configuration of 2 bedroom, a huge living room, a big balcony, kitchen with dining space, a WC and the second bedroom is to welcome you to share the apartment with me and my wife. The apartment is located about 10 mins walking (about 3 mins by bus) to Malmi train station which is about 14 mins train ride from Helsinki city center and 16 mins train ride from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Considering the population, Helsinki is not a very big city, but most of its area is covered by nature. So, for the same, one side of my apartment is attached with the city crowd and the other side to the nature. Several Baltic-sea-beaches and also party places are pretty close. A playground, park and walking/running track is right next to the building, also swimming hall, 24x7 gym, shopping mall, hospital, sports hall are within walking distance. You are allowed to use whatever utensils or furniture I own, but you MUST clean it and keep it in order, RIGHT after USING it. House Rules: The guest has one private room for own use. Other facilities are shared. The guest agrees to keep the room (and everything belong to the room) clean and maintain silence during the night hours. The guest agrees to maintain cleanliness and respectful with the shared facilities (right after use) as well with others. The guest agrees to not to invite visitor / guest without agreeing beforehand.
