Every Wednesday afternoon, and until early evening, the Châtelain market takes possession of the square of the same name. It's the PLACE TO BE in Brussels and also the PLACE TO LIVE !!! We are looking for new tenants who want to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months. In this house we have 11 private furnished rooms where 4 of them have private bathrooms and the other rooms have shared bathrooms .There is a big common living room with balcony and a large fully equiped kitchen with a second back kitchen . All kitchenware is available ( forks and spoons, pot and pans) and every kitchen has a dish washer , oven , fridge and freezer , cooking plates and sinks. There are several separate toilets and a laundry room in (hidden)ment with dryer and washing machine. You can also use the outside common space at the backside of the house . All room are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single or double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains We provide also and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . The checking in and out is done by an independent expertise office Ageci and these costs are at your charges . ( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office around 100 euro ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ) I would be very happy to meet you for a visit of the house and let you choose your favorite room because we 're starting to rent out all rooms now .
