This house is also ideal for exploring Lille on foot, thanks to its privileged location. With the Cormontaigne metro station only 2 minutes away, there is no need for a car to get around the city. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in the living room, equipped with 2 comfortable leather sofas that offer 2 extra beds, a coffee table, a 82 cm LCD THD 16/9 TV, a stereo system, and elegant furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and chairs, a fridge with a freezer, a ceramic hob, a grill oven and microwave, kitchen utensils and tableware, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a vacuum cleaner. The bedroom offers a large double bed or two single beds, at the guests' choice, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom complete with a sink, shower, hairdryer, and iron. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and access to a leafy courtyard with a barbecue and garden furniture on the ground floor. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, available free of charge on the ground floor. With easy access to the southern ring road and the convenience of the nearby metro, this house is perfect for students wishing to live in a privileged location in Lille. A security deposit of 300 euros is required, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, and there is the option to request a final cleaning service for an additional fee of 45 euros.
