The room has all the amenities you need to rest and study, including a comfy bed, a spacious desk, and a space to store your belongings. 🏬 About the apartment: This shared apartment combines modernity and comfort, providing a delightful living experience. Add to your experience by enjoying meals together with your housemates. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary tools to make an amazing home-cooked meal and even comes with a view. And of course, the 3 bathrooms ensure a refreshing and hassle-free bathing experience. 🛑 Please be advised of the following: ⚡ - Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room 🚿 💰 - Before the check-in the tenant needs to pay 2 deposits: The security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant in case there is no damage to the property. The second deposit is actually the last month of rent that the tenant needs to pay upfront 💶 !!️ - For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of €200 per month. 🌲 About the neighborhood: The neighborhood is very lively and vibrant!
