Rooms are in a 85 m big flat.There are two flats in big house which is entirely awarded to students .Each flat has share kitchen with fridge,oven,microwave,stove with glass ceramic hob, Bathroom (shower and washing machine) and separate toilet. The room is furnished with basic furniture: new big bed and jogi size 200x180(pillow and blanket, also there are some sheets and towels if you don’t have your own), desk, wardrobe. Rent for a single room is 300 eur per person + expenses for electricity,heating,water, wi-fi,..are in average 80/person monthly. Deposit is in amount of 1 rent. We are looking for quiet ,respectful, roommates who are responsible about rent and bills. Perfect for (international) students or practicants.
