The day area features a corner sofa bed, a cabinet with several doors and a big, white piece of furniture with the flat screen television. The highly modern kitchen has all comforts and comes with a dining table and 4 matching chairs. Thanks to the minimal style the day area is exceptionally bright and full of light. Bedrooms and bathrooms The night area comes with 2 bedrooms: the first one is furnished with a double bed, two wooden bedside tables and a comfortable sofa; the second one can be found on the mezzanine and comprises a big double bed and a gray sofa, too. The functional desk is ideal for study or work. The sofa beds can both be used as additional beds for one extra person. The flat has 2 bathrooms: the first one has upscale fixtures, such as two sinks, two mirrors and a top-quality shower stall; the second one has all comforts, too, including a luxury shower. The cherry on top is the private courtyard, the ideal place where to enjoy relaxing outdoor dinners with friends. HOUSE RULES Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
