Sono presenti due balconi, uno davanti al soggiorno e l'altro con accesso dalla cucina. 1 pulizia obbligatoria ogni 15 giorni costo 150 a pulizia CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO: - È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; - Il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati; PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €250.0) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento.
