The apartment consists of entrance on large and bright living room with balcony, kitchen with a second balcony, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. The decor has been taken care of in every detail to make our guests feel just like at home. WiFi is free and available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, pots and dishes, coffee maker. The apartment is located a short walk from Bocconi University, near Porta Romana, one of the six gates of Milan, built in the 16th century. It is known for having become the residential district par excellence and the hub of life in Milan, both for university students and young workers. It is one of the areas of Milan where the sky is very open and visible. Ravizza Park, then, is a big green lung. With a food district where you can find wine shops, typical restaurants, cafes and bookstores, a lively weekly market in Via Crema (on Fridays), Porta Romana really has a strong personality. The apartment is also a short distance from the Navigli, the heart of the Milanese nightlife. Young and old alike liven up the dozens of bars, pubs, breweries and discos that offer their visitors cocktails, dishes and music all year round in the name of quality and fun. A stone’s throw from the hotel: QC Termemilano, an Art Nouveau spa where the elegance of architecture merges with technology. The apartment is 8 minutes walk from the yellow metro (M3) stops Crocetta and Porta Romana. From here by metro you can reach the Duomo in 5 minutes and Central FS in 9 minutes. The detailed costs are: - RENTAL: 1800€/month; - Utilities (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): 250€/month; - Condominium Fees: 350€/month; - Cleaning every 14 days (total will be done two cleaning per month): 200,00€/month; TOTAL: 2600€/month. COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME: - 1 monthly deposit (1800€); the deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out subject to apartment verification; - Customer Care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence and final cleaning of the apartment after check-out: 250,00€. Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spacest.com (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da Spacest.com (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
