The entire Memorable Place team is mobilized to guarantee you the best stay in complete safety! Before each arrival, we bring in a professional anti-COVID cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used. As mentioned in the announcement, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc.) which could disturb our neighborhood are prohibited in our apartment. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment. Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial sanction. IMPORTANT: during events with a high risk of wild parties and damage (New Year's Eve, Halloween, National Day, etc.), an exceptional bank card deposit of €500 will be required before the start of the stay (Airbnb platform included). It will not be possible to access the apartment without a secure deposit in advance.
