Failure to do so may result in a penalty or booking cancellation. When utilities are not included, their cost depends on your consumption. The final bill will be sent to the apartment. Monthly contracts apply to all listings, meaning you must pay the full month's rent regardless of your move-in or move-out date. For example, if you move in on August 28th, you must still pay for the entire month.
