Rental Rules and Procedures: Eligibility: - Only students and workers are accepted. - Certified documents proving your study or work in Rome must be provided during the initial communication on the platform. ❗ Booking Procedure ❗: Administrative Fee Payment: - Must be paid through the platform upon request. - Covers all management costs for our clients. Standard Management Fee: - Covers pre-arrival and post-checkout services: assisted check-in, keys handover, contract registration, assistance during the stay, and assisted check-out. - Payable in cash or by bank transfer during check-in. - Separate from HousingAnywhere fees. Advance Payment for July or August: - If the booking includes July or August, payment for one of these months is required in advance via the platform. Payments (Deposit, Administrative Fee, and July/August Fee): - Must be completed through the platform within 7 days of booking confirmation. - Penalty applies for cancellations. Non-Refundable August Fee: - The August fee is non-refundable in case of early check-out. Tax Code (Codice Fiscale): - Must be requested and presented as soon as possible; failure to provide it may result in booking cancellation. - Instructions for obtaining the tax code will be provided with the contract.
