Standard Management Fee: - Covers pre-arrival and post-checkout services: assisted check-in, keys handover, contract registration, assistance during the stay, and assisted check-out. - Payable in cash or by bank transfer during check-in. - Separate from HousingAnywhere fees. Advance Payment for July or August: - If the booking includes July or August, payment for one of these months is required in advance via the platform. Payments (Deposit, Administrative Fee, and July/August Fee): - Must be completed through the platform within 7 days of booking confirmation. - Penalty applies for cancellations. Non-Refundable August Fee: - The August fee is non-refundable in case of early check-out. Tax Code (Codice Fiscale): - Must be requested and presented as soon as possible; failure to provide it may result in booking cancellation. - Instructions for obtaining the tax code will be provided with the contract. Additional Information: - Linens, blankets, duvets, pillows, and towels are not provided. - Apartments are as shown in photos or videos; no changes to furniture or layout are allowed. - When utilities are not included, costs depend on consumption; the final bill will be sent to the apartment. - Monthly contracts apply to all listings; full rent is due for the entire month, regardless of move-in/move-out dates (e.g., moving in on August 28 requires a full month's rent).
