There is an extra kitchen area, a modern bathroom and nice garden for sitting outside with back entrance and shed for bikes. Currently there is only 1 young working man staying. Prospective residents should be neat and tidy persons. Registration is not possible, contract duration can be 6 months to 2 years, the deposit is 1 month rent and a contract end notice for the next full calendar month is defined without conditions.
