There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood. There is not washing machine in the house itself, but a laundromat just 1 street away. Room #2: Double room, view both on courtyard and street, €790/month (€395/person if rented as a double room) All rooms are furnished (single bed, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe), all costs (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet (cabled) is provided for free. Cleaning person once a week for common areas only, concierge, secured with cameras, handyman if necessary. All rooms also have an individual sink in the room themselves.
