The building is modern, we live on the roof top and our living room’s windows overlook the swimming pool the common garden, and the children's playground. This is an ideal home for a family vacation. Our home is a spacious 4 bedroom apartment, with two complete bathrooms, a big Living room with a semi-open kitchen, at the same level of the apartment we have 2 terraces, the front one, overlooking at the swimming pool, and the one on the backside of the apartment with enough space to do sports and where the Laundry room is located. Living room It is a huge open space, bright and sunny all day. Semi Open Kitchen Fully equipped with Nespresso machine, Nespresso Milk Frother, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, waffle maker, family-size fridge, and freezer. Dining area A large dining table that can accommodate the whole family. Master bedroom - One King size bed - with an ensuite bathroom (big shower space) Bedroom 1 - Guest room - One King size bed Bedroom 2 - Kids -One Single size bed Bedroom 3 - Office -Home Office set up, Table, Chair, Double Screen, and Printer. -We could place a bed upon request Bathroom 2 -with a Bathtub A helper comes Mondays and Thursdays 9 am - 1 pm (4 hours). She will clean the house, and do the laundry if needed. This can be arranged if it suits you, but the cost isn’t included. We will be very happy to share our tips about day trips to must-sees, restaurants, activities, and how to enjoy at the maximum your time in Barcelona. What you will love about this neighborhood The apartment is located in a village only 25 minutes away from Barcelona City Center. You have a train direct to Barcelona City Center every 10 minutes and the train station it's only 7 minutes away by foot. This is a nice quiet community of mixed Spanish-Catalan and expats. Sant Cugat itself is a town full of life with a very beautiful City Center, plenty of parks, shops, and history. You will surely enjoy your walks to the city and the different restaurants, cafés and food markets. Also, the town has a monastery dating from the ninth century, which is a must-see. Barcelona City Center: 30 mins by train. 2 Stations FCG: 7 mins walking. Sant Cugat City Center: 15 mins walking. Central Park Sant Cugat: 3 mins walking.
