This beautiful duplex apartment is located on the third floor of a classic building located in one of the best areas of Seville. The access to the apartment is through a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen and living room. This area has three windows facing the Chapineros street, and in there is a double sofa bed (1,40 x 1,90 m), giving the apartment capacity for up to 4 people. The bedroom of the apartment has the access by the stairs from the living room. The bedroom has two individual beds (0,90 x 1,90 m) and elegant bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, on the corner of Francos and Chapineross streets. A few meters from the apartment the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Giralda tower are located. The apartment is also very close to the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias and the Torre del Oro. The neighborhood where the apartment is located has wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can taste the best Andalusian cuisine , as well as countless brand stores and supermarkets. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
