Premium hosting service. Our service includes: room rental + 2 weekly cleanings + maintenance + internet + taxes. Utility costs: 35€ / month. Adm fee: 150€. We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit, reducing the burden of expenses that each tenant must assume when making a reservation. We have added a new service that all our tenants will benefit from: liability insurance, which will protect them against damages they may cause to the property, neighbourhood, and block of the property, as well as third parties.
