Ascending the building's stairs, guests will arrive at the apartment's private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, and sun loungers for their enjoyment. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
