Nice and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a cozy balcony overlooking the old Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki old mosque-now gallery, located next to the city center and very close to the seafront. The spacious and bright apartment has all the necessary amenities and comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The access of visitors is allowed in the whole apartment. Enjoy listening to CD's and LP's or reading books from a private collection, but please respect them for the enjoyment of others. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Avoid making noise between 15:00-17:00 and after 23:00. Enjoy your stay responsibly, respecting the apartment, its furnishings and equipment, the common areas of the building, the neighbors and the natural resources provided. The neighborhood is quiet, but also lively and safe, just 3 minutes walk from the metro station.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
