The bright, large living room has a cosy seating area at the front and a dining area at the back, next to the modern kitchen with the latest appliances, including a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms, both connected to the bathroom. The bathroom features a nice double sink and a walk-in shower with a glass wall. The lighting in the toilet and bathroom is motion-activated. The Building The entire building, with a total of 100 apartments, was renovated and completed in 2021. At the entrance, you no longer need keys for the front door and your mailbox, thanks to the new BRINGME system. With the provided tablet in your apartment, you can receive packages and mail at any time without being home. The same tag also opens the door to the storage areas located under the building, where you can store your bike or other belongings. The Neighborhood Utrecht Transwijk is a neighbourhood in the Southwest district of Utrecht. Outside the apartment, there is plenty of free parking for your car. It takes 10 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by bike to reach the centre of Utrecht. Supermarkets, a shopping centre, and parks are within walking distance. Furnished The apartment is ready for you to move in with just your suitcase. This means: Each room is furnished for relaxing, working, or cooking. Modern laminate flooring in all rooms. Latest LED lighting on the ceilings: LED strip lights and LED spotlights. Curtains throughout the apartment: blackout curtains in the bedrooms and see-through curtains in the living room. Finances: The rent includes furnishings and fixtures. You need to arrange your own utilities and internet, but you can ask for assistance. Additionally, there is a one-time hotel check-in fee of €250. Two tenants can pay the total monthly rent of €2100: which means a monthly payment of €1050 per tenant. The cost breakdown is as follows/per tenant: all contract and payment details are to be finalized on the same day of booking. Office costs €1250 per tenant/ / non-refundable/one-time payment. We do not know the costs for utilities and internet, because you have to apply for it yourself: we have made an estimation.
