Hey! We’re three girls aged 21-22 looking for a new roommate from January to the end of September 2025, as one of us will be studying abroad in the USA. We’re not just a purpose-driven shared flat; we enjoy spending our free time together (but it’s not a must!). We love to sit down and chat, bake cookies, watch series, and go on trips in and around Vienna. It’s important for us to communicate openly about topics like cleanliness and interpersonal matters, finding solutions that work for everyone. Here’s a little info about the two girls who will be staying in the flat: Tabea: Age: 21 Studies: Educational Sciences Hobbies: Cooking/Baking, Traveling, Roller Skating, Handicrafts, Cycling Andrea: Age: 22 Studies: Molecular Precision Medicine Hobbies: Running, Hiking, Reading, Watching Series We are looking for a roommate from January until the end of September 2025. The rent is €690, which includes furniture, utilities, and Wi-Fi. If you're interested, please write a few words about yourself :) What do you do for work or study? It’s very bright, but can be easily darkened with blinds. The room has its own separate entrance and can be locked from the inside with a lock on the door. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and microwave), a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a storage room. All rooms are accessible separately. Location: 20th district S-Bahn station 3 minutes away on foot (Traisengasse) U-Bahn station 4 minutes away on foot (Dresdner Straße) Close to the Danube (10 minutes on foot or one stop by U-Bahn/S-Bahn) The apartment is very quiet, as it faces the inner courtyard (no street noise or loud neighbors) In general, most places in Vienna are easily reachable within 20-30 minutes (e.g., Uni Wien, WU, TU, BOKU, VetMed...)
