The room is furnish with one bed, table, chair, a cupboard, shelve The room is at the back side of the house with view on the garden and is very quite. You can register at the townhall but at the time of leaving you have to send the prove of cancelation to get back your deposit. Deposit : 2 month to be paid before your arrival Non smoker and no animals The room is for 1 person only Minimum rent 3 month You have to take care of your internet But probably possible to share it with other renters for about 30 euros a month Please read well all informations on this page.
