MAIN RULES Each occupant will sign a contract, and provide a guarantee equivalent to one month rent. A cleaning lady will be provided twice a month (no ironing), to provide general keeping of the place. The day to day chores remain each one’s responsibility. RENTAL FEES In case of “entire flat” rental, the guest will pay a monthly fee, plus the electricity bill. A compulsory guarantee of 550E will be deposited before arrival, as to cover any destruction/loss of the property (one month rent). It will obviously be returned at the end of the contract. In case of co-rental (flat sharing), each occupant will pay a monthly rent, plus guarantee deposit, plus equally shared electricity bill.
