EQUIPMENT The apartement is entirely furnished with brand new items. Including washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, up to coffee machine, and hair dryer. It is completed buy a modern alarm system, safety doors for the building and the flat itself. and of course Internet with WiFi. Each individual room has its own air conditioning reversible unit, a locking door, and a direct access to the balconies through big double-glaze sliding windows. Each also comes with its own desk, sets of drawers and cupboards, as well as a comfortable double bed, with new mattress and bed linings. One of the rooms even has an incredible walk-in closet. The common spaces consist of a very roomy and cosy living-room, 2 bathrooms with shower, a big bright fully equipped kitchen , and of course the huge corner balcony, which is a whole outdoor life-space in itself, and makes the available surface so much bigger, and welcoming. MAIN RULES Each occupant will sign a contract, and provide a guarantee equivalent to one month rent. Respect for the flat and it’s equipment, as well as for the building and its inhabitants is the keyword. NO PARTY allowed, appart from small gatherings, respectful of obvious good-neighbours rules. A cleaning lady will be provided twice a month (no ironing), to provide general keeping of the place. The day to day chores remain each one’s responsibility. RENTAL FEES In case of “entire flat” rental, the guest will pay a monthly fee, plus the electricity bill. A compulsory guarantee of 550E will be deposited before arrival, as to cover any destruction/loss of the property (one month rent). It will obviously be returned at the end of the contract. In case of co-rental (flat sharing), each occupant will pay a monthly rent, plus guarantee deposit, plus equally shared electricity bill. No couples will be allowed in case of individual room Universities nearby: NTUA, ALBA, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Laboratory of physics University of Athens, School of pharmacy, School of Philosophy, School of Chemical Engineering, School of civil Engeeniring, Hydraulics, Department of Theology and further Department of Informatics, Medical School, etc... As mentioned before, many busses depart just next to the apartment.
