The three rooms are on the second floor without elevator and share a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room, a toilet and patio. Single family home, with one occupant and a dog that does not access upstairs. Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
