The apartment is located in the most beautiful district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk in the famous Mauerpark. You live in a side street of Schönhauser Allee. It could not be better! The apartment boasts with a brand new kitchen Bathroom and Furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a new cooker oven and a large fridge-freezer. Besides the living area are three spacious bedrooms. The beds are equipped with a high quality mattress which ensures a good night sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. We have this room located in a 4 and 5 bedroom apartments in the same building. The size is similar but the design might be a bit different. Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you'll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
