Welcome in a two bedroom flat + a studio on the other side of the terrace. You will love it! The rent is 1650€/month for the furnished flat (all included, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, living room furniture, sheets, towels, cutlery etc.) + 150€/month for the common and individual charges: washing machine, water, gas, electricity, wifi etc... The whole building has just been renovated, everything is new! Cosy building with a nice atmosphere, ideal for students who are leaving the family cocoon for the first time, friendly and reactive owners in case of problems. Ideal for trainees in Brussels-centre but also at NATO (evere) and MONDELEZ BELGIUM (Mechelen) as very well connected by public transport.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
