The bills are not included in the price of the monthly rental. The Landlord offers an additional monthly discount during the entire period of epidemic emergency. The place is located in the heart of the Jewish quarter Kazimierz, in a very calm and quiet area, practically close to everything: river Wisła, Wawel castle, museums, tram/bus stops, groceries, shops, supermarkets, shopping malls, old town, gyms and swimming pools.

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
