Please note in order to be accepted you must provide : ID/passport + enrollment from University and guarantor's payslips, guarantors passport copy. After the booking is accepted, you must proceed with the registration process (sign the tenancy agreement and proceed with fees transfers such as deposit). The mimnum stay is 6 months. Clening fee: 90 at move out, deducted from deposit; Contract starts on the 1st or 15th of each month, move in twice a month and move out only at the end of the month Rent paid by monthly instalments. Parking and Storage are available as per extra fees payment directly with the residence.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
