Right now only girls live in the remaining 3 single rooms in that flat, so girls are preferred also in this room. In total maximum of 5 girls live in that flat. Top Warsaw's location: close to city centre (just 10 minutes by Metro) but also close to several parks, and various nice events like Targ niadaniowy ( foodies' event called Breakfast Market) each Sunday just 2 minutes walk from the apartment (from mid-spring to late autumn). Here you can enjoy excellent public transport

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
