EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month

CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer a free cleaning service once a week of the communal areas. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good condition. You can find a list of the necessary cleaning products in the flat.
BEDROOM CLOTHING:

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in will take place at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details of how to get to the office, but it is within easy reach of the airport. We will meet you here to complete the payments, sign the rental contract and provide you with a set of keys to your new home. Check-in hours will be from 16:00 to 20:00. If you arrive in Valencia earlier you can leave your luggage in my office in the meantime. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave the keys at a 24H point, where you can pick them up.
Check out will be at the latest on the last day of the rental contract at 11:00AM. If your flight is after this time, you can leave your luggage here at the office free of charge.

You must participate in the purchase of things for common use such as garbage bags, cleaning products, floor cleaner, bleach, toilet paper, etc. It is not acceptable that others have to pay for it.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON SPACES
You have to be aware and keep the common spaces clean and tidy:
- After cooking you have to wash EVERYTHING dirty, plates, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans used, and clean the kitchen counter and bench, it is not acceptable that a colleague has to clean what is dirty for another person to be able to cook.
- After showering, you must leave the mat hanging to dry, remove any clothing or personal items that have been left in the bathroom, and mop, it is not acceptable for a colleague to have to walk through a puddle to be able to shower or find dirty laundry a colleague lying on the ground.
