This bright apartment is on the 3rd floor of a typical building and just a 2-minute walk from Westerpark, a perfect spot for picnics, walks, or sports activities. The neighborhood is warm, vibrant, very calm, and far from the tourist circuits, ensuring an authentic local experience.

Communal entrance on the ground floor. Through the entrance on the 3rd floor you enter the spacious living room of over 40m2 with neat open kitchen. Also, on this floor, there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Via the spiral staircase in the corner of the living room, you reach the 4th floor with the bedroom (14m2) with a solid wooden floor. This has been built with a permit and has just been completely renovated.
On the shared 4th floor there is a laundry room. Also, there is a hatch to the roof.
Location & surroundings
The house is situated in a quiet street in the middle of the Staatsliedenbuurt (Westerpark). This popular and cosy neighbourhood is characterized by the many nice restaurants and cafés and authentic Amsterdam houses. More and more boutiques and restaurants have opened their doors. The Westerpark and the Westergasterrein are just a stone's throw away. Here you will find many nice restaurants and bars that are worth visiting, such as Brouwerij Troost, Pacific Park and Mossel & Gin.
Buses 18 and 21 stop around the corner and will take you to Central Station in 10 minutes, and tram 5, which has an Amstelveen terminus, also stops at Zuid WTC. At the Pontsteiger you can cross over to the trendy North and the A10 ring road can be reached quickly via the S103. A parking permit can be requested from the municipality.
