Cute and cosy 4th-floor private room in a two room apartment in Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers (If you wish to host a second guest consult with us first). Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the house has the possibility to accomodate 1-2 additional people, if you wish invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.
We have many other apartments in the same building, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone!

Cosy and tasteful private room on the 4th floor in a two room apartment of a well-organized and tidy building, located at the center of Exarchia, Athens. The room offers a double bed, a private living room, a wardrobe, a TV and air-conditioning. The apartment offers a kitchen, a bathroom, a wonderful balcony, to be shared by the guests of both rooms. The room is ideal for individual travelers.
The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 3-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city.
The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighbourhood in the heart of Athens.
Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. The terrace of the apartment building is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
Access to the apartment: You have access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony.The other room accommodates other guests, so please keep your personal belongings in your room and keep the communal areas (bathroom and kitchen) clean. Also respect the quiet hours.

This top-floor apartment is conveniently located near several popular destinations in Athens. It is only a 12-minute walk to either the Acropolis or Plaka and an 8-minute walk to the Syngrou-Fix metro stop. The Panteio University is also nearby, just a 10-minute walk away.
Access to the apartment is via an elevator. Inside, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.

We offer a comfortable apartment with impenetrable rooms, the apartment is located in the heart of the capital of Greece in Athens Also, there is a large number of public transport, which you can get to any part cities. Where in 15-20 minutes you can see the historic part of the old city, the Acropolis, the stadium where the world's first Olympic Games, the Syntagma Square, where the Supreme Council of Greece, the national park, the museums, and the colorful Greek taverns are located.
